Bought a water bottle in Australia while catching a flight from the airport (I live in Australia). Within a few days the water bottle started leaking. Got in touch with their Live Chat who told me I can only return in store for physical assessment. There are NO stores near me. Response was pretty much that they don't have to do sh**. I mentioned Australia has consumer guarantees and their response was 'we comply with all local laws and regulations'. Apparently they don't! Might want to get lawyers to check in on that. They even mentioned a timeframe on returns of faulty products. I let them know that the ACCC specifically says there is no set timeframe. Even so, I've had the thing for 5 days! Just going to cut my losses and send the screenshots of the chat to the ACCC. Doubt anything will happen but buyer beware DO NOT expect good quality and DO NOT expect a hassle free faulty return in line with the ACCC for Australian customers. IMO, dodgey dodgey dodgey.
