Avoid Allmeet Car Antalya: A Total Nightmare and a ScamRating: ★☆☆☆☆ (0/5 if possible)If you value your money, your time, and your sanity—do not book with Allmeet Car at Antalya Airport. My experience was a series of lies, hidden fees, and predatory behavior from start to finish.1. The "Terminal Pickup" LieI specifically paid extra through VIP Cars for a terminal pickup because I was traveling with children and arriving at midnight. Upon arrival, Allmeet informed me they aren't even at the terminal. They promised a shuttle, but after an hour of "we’re almost there" and "picking up other customers," I was left stranded in the middle of the night. I eventually had to pay for a taxi to my hotel just to get my kids to sleep.2. Double-Charging and Predatory InsuranceThe "customer service" at VIP Cars was equally useless. Even though the delay was Allmeet's fault, they refused to refund the damage cover I already paid for because the "rental time had started."When I went to the office the next day, the scam continued:They claimed my credit cards weren't working (total lie; my cards were fine everywhere else). They used this as leverage to force me to buy additional insurance directly from them.It is a blatant shakedown of tourists who have no other options.3. Disgusting Vehicle ConditionWhen I finally got the car, it was filthy. Usually, you expect a rental to be cleaned between clients, but this car looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Ironically, this would come back to haunt me later.4. The Return Chaos and Attempted TheftThe return process was a joke. We are a family of 5 with 5 suitcases. They expected us to fit their staff member in our 5-seater car for the ride to the terminal. Since it was physically impossible, they told me to "just leave the keys inside and park at the airport."While I was literally in the process of boarding my flight home, I received notifications that they were trying to charge my card for an additional £30–£40 without authorization. When I confronted them, they claimed the car was "dirty."The audacity is staggering: They gave me a dirty car, then tried to steal money from my account for "cleaning" after I dropped it off exactly where they told me to.Summary: This company is a trap. They use bait-and-switch tactics regarding pickup locations, lie about card processing to force extra insurance sales, and try to ghost-charge your credit card after you leave the country. Save yourself the stress and book with a reputable international brand instead.
