The worst rental car company in the world. After finishing all the paper work, I walked to the vehicle and was surprised to see it was not automatic. I went back and explained to the agent that I rented an automatic car, and he replied that their system shows it was a manual car. I showed him my voucher, and he replaced my car with an automatic vehicle. Unfortunately, I did not pay attention to the status of the vehicle since I was exhausted after a long flight from the USA. I did not check the vehicle which was in a terrible mechanical shape. The following day, I noticed that the left front light was not working and decided it was not a big deal. Two days later, while driving in the rain I discovered that the vehicle brake system was in a bad shape and two tires had almost no thread left on them. To make matters worse, the trunk locking system stop working. I called the agent to explain that I can't lock the trunk and car anymore, and asked if I can take it to a mechanic to fix it and be reimbursed since I was 4 hours away from Antalya; he replied just slam it and should lock. I told him that I tried that and did not work. The agent said to call back the following morning since the manager was not there at this time. I called the following day 3 times, and miraculously the manager did not show up for work the whole day. I never got a response, and kept the vehicle as is for 12 more days. definitely, avoid this car rental company.
