We had a very bad rental experience. The company gave us no information about the pickup. The booking said “meet and greet,” but no one was there waiting for us. If we hadn’t bought internet at the airport, we wouldn’t even have been able to contact them. When we finally reached them, they didn’t even know we were coming. They told us to walk to an empty counter and just wait there — we waited more than 30 minutes. It didn’t look like they had a car ready at all, and the service was really poor.The man who eventually picked us up and drove us to their office was driving dangerously. Then at the desk they tried the typical scam — they claimed my credit card didn’t work and suggested I pay extra. I refused, so they took me back to the airport.I went straight to Cizgi afterwards, rented a car from them, and received excellent service and a good car. I will never rent from the first company again, and from now on I will only use Cizgi.
