Upon arriving the guy from the company picks me up after waiting for 45mins. He came with a damaged car and told me that will be my car. It was really late and I was like it’s ok because my kids are really tired as it’s 12am in the morning. The guy wanted me to pay extra for insurance even tho I paid already with car jet. After he goes that he can’t hold deposit on my card even tho I told him it doesn’t not work with U.K. card. He goes it not my problem. I book car with the company 3 times previously and mention to that rude guy to just charge me the deposit and return it back after I return the car like the other 3 times. We were out of car and he didn’t want to drop us off back to the airport. It was just a horrible experience with two small kids. I will never hire from that All meet car again
