I booked through Skyscanner for a reservation in Istanbul from August 2–12 and paid the insurance fee in advance. VIPCARS arranged the car via a local company, ALLMEET (Antalya), which in turn subcontracted another broker to handle the delivery.When I arrived at the airport, it was extremely difficult to get in touch with the contact person. After nearly two hours of waiting, they told me my credit card was not working and refused to provide the car. This was not true, as I offered multiple valid credit cards, all of which were working. When I attempted to pay with my Turkish credit card, they claimed they could not accept it.After a short dispute, it became clear that the real issue was the commission distribution between VIPCARS, ALLMEET, and the final broker (XLRENT), and that they were unwilling to release the car because of this.As a result, my family (my wife, child, and I) were left waiting for over two hours without a car, and ultimately I had to rent from another company directly at the airport. Despite sending follow-up emails regarding this issue, I have received neither an apology nor a refund for the amount I paid in advance.This experience was highly unprofessional and extremely disappointing.
