Absolute SCAM. No meet at airport, we spent more than an hour trying to find the rental, eventually a kind person on another company desk used their phone o contact the company - who were 3 miles away at the wrong terminal. We were eventually driven miles out and told the car we'd been driven to their office in - was ours. It was a manual not the car I'd ordered. We had to argue but eventually they conceded that we'd ordered a automatic. The car then brought round had a broken wind screen and ropey engine. We produced my credit card but their machine wouldn't accept it (Ive used it before and since with no issue). We were not allowed to use my wife's card, they wouldn't take any of my debit cards saying it must be a credit card and were told the ONLY alternative was to pay their RIP OFF £320 full insurance despite our having our own at £50 per year. It was by then past midnight, we were exhausted and they had us over a barrel so we had to pay the extra £320. Horror story - we will NEVER use Allmeet ever again!!!!!
