Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience — poor quality and no accountabilityI bought a phone from AlloAllo, and within a short time, the screen started malfunctioning. After contacting customer support, they claimed it was “user damage” — even though I handled the phone carefully and the issue was clearly due to the low-quality replacement screen they had installed.They refused to take responsibility or provide a prepaid return label as promised earlier. Instead, they tried to shift the blame onto me. The lack of accountability and poor product quality are unacceptable.I would strongly advise others to stay away from this company. Their customer service is dismissive, and their so-called “refurbished” products are not worth the risk.
