I would like to express my dissatisfaction with a phone I purchased—an iPhone 12 mini. I was unexpectedly charged over 2200 baht in customs fees and taxes at Bangkok airport, which I had not been informed about beforehand. No one warned me about this extra cost. Moreover, when I received the phone, although I bought it expecting good quality, the screen was scratched. I am really disappointed with the service from AlloAllo.com and I will not use them again. Please be very careful when ordering from them, because although the website appeared to be based in Thailand, the package actually came from Hong Kong, and the customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. They refused to take any responsibility from the start.
