Caution, fraud!

Caution, definitely a scam!!I still haven’t received any money for the returned iPhone, even after more than a year! Returning it (due to a defect with the phone!) was made incredibly difficult and delayed by customer service, but eventually it worked out. After repeatedly following up, they finally confirmed—weeks later—that the phone had arrived.Some time afterward, they issued a voucher—but only for a partial amount and no longer payable in cash! Two months ago, after again following up several times (since the contact form often didn’t work for me), I actually received an apology from customer service and a promise that the money would be paid out within 2 weeks. Of course, nothing happened—apart from yet another apology when I followed up again.And today I received a message saying that only half the amount will be paid—because over a year has passed.I will now file a lawsuit against the shop, but I have little hope of ever seeing the money again. I can only advise everyone to stay away from this shop!
