First of all, the phone I received does NOT work at all.Then the quality of physical aspect is pure LIE; the screen and metal body are scratched everywhere, when they sell it as in "good condition".Eventually, I asked both to be refund PLUS to have a return paid sticker/or a proof of a full refund (paid price plus postage coast, which is about 100 $) : no answer.
