A not so good experience!!Please note the 3 star rating is for overall experience. The product's rating is 5/5, no flaws in it, more on this later.I had ordered an iPhone X with 256GB, space gray, with a new battery and condition - used like new.Things that are good:1) Product was well packed.2) The delivered product matched the specs as advertised. The apple lightning cable was new and worked well, it's a braided third party cable, but since it does it job, no complaints!3) Product is genuine and is in a full working condition with all working buttons, camera, wireless charging, new battery, unlocked SIM.Things that are not good and urgently need attention from Alloallo:1) Poor customer service - Almost non-existent customer support, despite them mentioning 48 hrs response time I received a response for my first query after 5 days, and the subsequent query is still unanswered, it's been more than a week now!!2) No tracking information for the product when it's in transit from their warehouse to the Shipper, which in my case was UPS. The shipment label was created well in advance but for a week it was not with UPS, hence the status was 'UPS doesn't have the package yet,.....'.3) Now combining 1 and 2 from this section puts the end customer in a very uncertain situation where they cannot reach out/get updates from Alloallo due to their poor customer service response time, nor can they get any help from the shipper. I even had 2nd thoughts about cancelling the card payment from the bank but it was too late and not sure if banks can cancel a pending transaction!4) There's no phone number or email to reach out/interact with the Alloallo team directly! Even the social media accounts have an automated response to your queries, you can see customers commenting their queries on Alloallo's posts just to get a resolution/update on their order! Such is a poor state of their customer service. All the interactions must go through their website's help centre under the customer's area, which itself is not any better - see point 1.Overall, will I order again from Alloallo? Very unlikely because of the things that were not good unless Alloallo seriously revamps and improves their customer service. It was a real gamble until the very end - will I receive my product at all? Will I receive it on time? Will the product be in a good working condition? Will the product have genuine company parts inside? And so on.. Hope Alloallo see's this and take necessary action. Hope you find this review useful.
