I had to pay 6.5k penalty fees because you didn't disclose what was in the package instead of a cellphone you only specified a charger, my parcel was ceased for a month and you never responded to any of my correspondence I sent you. Your service is very bad I got anxiety because of this process and I must say you guys are not transparent at all never mind your bad communication.
