iPhone ordered on December 11th. UPS code created but the phone has never been given to UPS. I tried to contact Allo allo by their website (now down in Italy) but no replies. Automatic refund system doesn’t work. I contacted them by FB and they replied me by WhatsApp proposing a refund through a third party app. I refused as this is not the way they are claiming on their website and they answered me that I was refusing the refund and disappeared. LOOK OUT IT’S A FRAUD!!!!
