Although AlloAllo initially appeared professional, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I received a defective iPhone with a severe focusing issue, and despite numerous attempts to contact their customer service—via both their website and email—I received no meaningful response. Their fully automated return system did not work, and there was no effective way to escalate the issue.Furthermore, I have been waiting over six days for the automated system to confirm the device’s deletion from iCloud, and I have now had to restart the process entirely. This lack of accountability is simply unacceptable. As things stand, I cannot recommend AlloAllo. I
