Allo allo had 2 ways to contact them, email or online message. They discontinued support via email, leaving just the online portal. I have written to them 4 times since Jan 10 (10 days ago) via the portal with absolutely ZERO response. (Email gets a message saying use the portal).I bought second hand Airpods Pro but found they are still connected to the previous owner's Apple Account. So every time I use them, I'm reminded that they aren't mine and that the owner can see them on "Find my...".I'm very surprised that they would send out a product registered to someone else and can think of 2 possible reasons: 1. The previous owner forgot and is unreachable or 2. the Airpods are stolen.In both cases the owner could mark them as lost and could even come to get them from me!This is not what I expected for $140!I also expected a reply, an acknowledgement, a replacement or an apology but got silence.I WILL NOT USE ALLO ALLO AGAIN.
