Starting with the good part, I finally got my iPhone.It all started more than a month ago, I bought an iPhone that arrived with a problem with the screen and didn't work, I returned it. I received a credit to my account of 320 euros, when I had paid 319.90 euros, so far so good. The problem was that when ordering a new iPhone for the same price and using the 320 euros voucher I had an excess of 0.10 euros and the system did not let me make the purchase. I had to buy an iPhone for a higher price and pay the excess of 9.90 euros without needing it. I chose the black color and when I received my iPhone I was surprised because it turned out to be a blue iPhone. Having said that and as this whole process took more than a month I decided to keep the blue iPhone and end my suffering. I was going to give it one star but decided to give it two since the process was very time consuming but it ended up working. A suggestion to the company: the whole process is automated and works, but it is very unpleasant to make a contact request on the website and not get any response from you, despite saying that you will respond within 48 hours (no response until today), to make matters worse and how I needed to contact you more than once, the system did not allow me to explain what was happening with my request because as I had an open contact request and no response, it told me that I already had an open contact request and could not open it a new one. Anyway, I don't know if I will buy from this site again.
