A pure scam

A pure scamThe iPhone I had ordered was down after 3 weeks. Very bad customer service - only email, and very difficult to have an answer. I finally managed to return the damaged phone (not an easy process) but received no reimbursement - just a voucher on their site.Then: impossible to activate the voucher. I wrote many times to the customer service: never got an answer. My voucher expired after 6 months and I wasn't able to use it. I lost money and time. This is a shame.
