iPhone 12 256GB looks like brand new, I’m very happy

Its exactly what i ordered, and very cheap compared to the iPhone 12 256GB, the only problem i encountered was lack of communication, I should have received my iphone a moth ago but it took 36 days and there was no response every time i contact alloallo help section i put my email address but not a single response, i opened several tickets on customer area where i was directed to by the robot at alloallo help, until i noticed that my address doesn’t have name of suburb and updated that then suddenly there was progress i started getting email updates hence i rated three stars, please fix that.
