The iPhone I ordered arrived not working at all. I followed the procedure for return it but I didn't received the return label as it was supposed (only the product's barcode). I sent the package with DHL Express (paying by mysef) to the address written on the website, and now the package is located in Hong Kong, DHL CANNOT DELIVER THE PACKAGE CAUSE THE RECIPIENT IS NOT TRACEABLE AND NOBODY ANSWER ME FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR WEEKS.No words.
