I had to pay 2500 baht in extra shipping fees. It took two weeks to finally get it. There were over 30 emails between Fedex and myself. It was a completely terrible experience and the phone looks bad with considerable scratching along the edge. How do I get my money back from this? Worst buying experience I've ever had. No one should do business with this terrible excuse for a company. NO ONE!
