Defective telephone, non-existent customer service

Defective telephone. No prepaid return airbill despite the fact the website promised return shipping would be available. No answer from company despite 12-15 messages sent through the website form (& no functional email address). I returned the telephone to Hong Kong (cost: EUR 70) and still have not received any information or reimbursement. Truly the worst online buying experience I have ever had. AVOID.
