Ordered an IPhone 8 and an IPhone 12 Pro

I liked the handling of the order on the website, I liked how the shipment was done immediately and was also announced on time. I was not very satisfied with FedEx who did the shipment because one of the packages they left with a neighbor but with the the other one it was very hard to find out where it went. Eventually it reappeared. So Fedex might not be the best choice for valuable items! With items of this value it really costs some nerves if communication with the shipper is that complicated. I couldn't yet try the two phones because they are presents for birthdays which are soon to come.Addendum from November: When I returned home I found two invoices form FedEx for customs' fees on the import of the refurbished phones. Both invoices add up to more than 130 Euro! I asked Alloallo about it, as it was never and nowhere mentioned that I would have to pay customs fees and they answered that it states somewhere in their terms and conditions that the recipient would have to pay customs fees if any were due. I wrote Alloallo again that they should mention somewhere in the process of purchase that customs' fees would probably be due in case the buyer is based in the EU as it makes the low prices much less low. They never replied to that mail. So be awanre, you might have to pay considerable customs' fees!
