The word disappointed doesn't even start to describe how i feel.Firsty i was introduced by my friend that i can order an iphone with ALLO ALLO,as she previously bought phones from them,So i wanted to surpride my child,because it's been long he wanted it,so i saved up for it.To cut the long story short,i was pleased to order from ALLO ALLO,because phones seemed reasonable,i ordered the phone on the beginning of June 2023,today is the 04 August 2023,NO PHONE,NO REFUND,because they promised to REFUND ME,I'M writing emails,they told me it's gonna take 4-8 days to get my money,then after they said i must wait 20 days,till to date NO REFUND,They dont even bother to reply emails,they just sent automated responses,and the status till to date it says "Refund in progress"CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE ASSIST IN GETTING MY MONEY BACK!!!ORDER NUMBER:7834549ZA
