Diabolical customer service

Diabolical customer service. Ordered a phone and was not advised of any customs fees. When it arrived, I got an email from FedEx saying I had to pay over €100 in customs fees. AlloAllo do not have a phone number or email address so I was unable to contact them about it. I raised a query through their website and got an automated response saying that if I have been charged customs, I should not pay it, because they had already paid. I therefore did not pay but now FedEx have passed the debt over to a debt collection agency who are now pursuing me for the money! Tried contacting AlloAllo but they are totally uncontactable.
