I received the product I ordered

I received the product I ordered, I am very satisfied with it. However, the 100,00 EUR customs I had to pay wasn't mentioned anywhere, and upon reading previous reviews and also not getting any answers to my requests for a refund and returning the package, I decided to accept the product after all, since it would be impossible to get the refund or just to get in touch with the customer service.
