I ordered an iPhone 11 for my son, which arrived roughly 10 days after order. Very happy with the quality (chose the ‘as new’ version which matched the description). Phone arrived by FedEx in signature box including a charging USB wire (no plug). Plain and simple, but nicely packed. It is currently charging so pending to see the battery life, but overall very satisfied with my experience.
