Stuck with a faulty phone - avoid!

Like many others reviewing this Hong Kong company I was sent a faulty phone (I'm not able to make phone calls - pretty important feature). I have initiated a return process, but nothing happens. I've waited for a printable return label for 5 days (a process that should only take hours according to their website). After checking out other reviews on Trustpilot I fear I won't get a new phone or a refund.Customer service does not seem to exist. On top of that they ship their phones from Hong Kong which means delivery to the EU takes a while (plus there is always a danger of customs hassle). So even if I could get a new phone from them it takes way too long. I need a new phone as my old one broke. Never ever shall I order a) from this company b) outside the EU.
