In September 2022 I bought a refurbished Iphone 8 from this company. When it arrived I discovered that the camera did not work, which was the main reason for buying it, to use in my new on-line business. I wrote to them and got no response at all to 3 seperate attempts to get a refund to date, 18.11.22, despite supposedly being covered by their warranty. I believe I have been scammed by a disreputable on-line company and am now taking legal action to recover my funds.
