Purchased an iPhone X it arrived late but in good condition, when turned on I noticed that the battery capacity was below 85% (83% -allo allo’s website reads that they replace batteries with new ones if the battery is less than 85%) and that same day I had issues with the phone turning itself off even though the battery had been charged to -100%. The phone hasn’t functioned since the day it arrived, it turns itself on when plugged into power but then automatically shuts itself off claiming dead battery. I raised a support request immediately (same day I received the phone) and it’s now been almost a month since I purchased the phone and I’ve sent numerous emails but no response, even on social media. You can’t call them, only one support ticket can be raised at a time. They claim they’ll reply within 48hrs but I’ve still not heard from anyone. Which is funny because before I purchased the phone I had a question and they responded to that within 24hrs. I’ve raised a formal complaint with the ECC to help further this issue. To be fair I just want them to respond in a timely manner and either repair, replace or refund me.
