Those people transfer are mainly to UK trained doctors — others — they are just to pay the bill for registration. I share my opinion and story as The leader of the company, who claims to be an NHS trained nurse, is great at marketing, and her team as well. They do transfer some doctors to the Middle East and this is what you see online. So when they feedback you ‚let’s proceed,’ you get the impression you are initially verified for the market, and you are in good hands. All is fine till exam results - after that contact almost stops. I asked them for a meeting in Dubai while I was traveling there — no response via whatapp, though the message was read (it was two times). The funniest thing I experienced with them was a message via LinkedIn from Emilie Davies: “Your profile is impressive. Can we schedule an online meeting to talk?” — nice, but I was already their client and could not contact them. I talked to her at that time and frankly … I felt sorry about her. Seems like lost for squeezing money of people. But everybody deserves a chance … but since they completely ignored my emails and messages via Whatsapp, and she deleted my comments on LinkedIn, I decided to share my experience and warn other people — do register by yourself online, don’t pay them money. Don’t trust them unless you are UK trained — they seem to have contact with King’s College Hospital. Once, after I e-mailed them pushing them to do something about my application, miraculously they organized for me an interview within one week with King’s College. I booked my time, prepared and … the lady from the hospital told me that Doctor X from the hospital had an urgent case and could talk to me at the moment, and they would reschedule the meeting, which, of course, was not done. You see how sophisticated their game can be?!Guys — be cautious. Many people want to go to the Emirates (I did, now I am in a good place) but there are over 31 000 registered doctors there (this is the number I found online) — so just count the numbers and get the answer. The business of such companies is about making people make registrations. If anyone wants more details about my history, feel free to contact me because there are many more stories — For example, about re-registration — they were delaying my re-registration, claiming it’s a problem with the DHA website. I contacted DHA, and they wrote back to me that the system is fine all the time. Some people advised me not to comment and let it go, as AA has contact and may cause me problems with employers. Well, I think AA is the one to be ashamed of making fools of doctors. Dear AA — some people really have serious motivation to relocate, and you play with them. Rather I should feel embarrased that I was fooled and I put my trust in the hands of people who do not play fair - since over a year I just wanted to hear simple thing: "listen, we are sorry; you do not quallify for that market". But instead of truth they started to avoiding me - well, I will try to do my best to save others' people time and money. The problem is trust - you think you are dealing as a doctor with serious people and this is the problem - to admit in front of yourself you got fooled.I cannot express my deepest dissatisfaction and disappointment with that company and its leader, who shows off as a superb manager with NHS roots — who would not trust her?Short update after AA reply to my comment on Nov 28th - so you want to make of me racist? Accusation of "obsessively harassing members of the company on social media" does not meet facts and is public violation of my person. The same about suggestion: "You made discriminatory comments about a particular ethnic group which made us uncomfortable..". Considering my professional carrier and experience in Europe and Middle East I find as offensive, unfounded accusation damaging my professional position as doctor, director, inventor, educator but foremost as human being. One step too far.

Allocation Assist Middle East was founded by Emilie Davies in 2015, after she recognised a gap in the market for assisting highly skilled Western-trained doctors to find rewarding and fulfilling opportunities in top-tier hospitals in the UAE and other Gulf countries. We are now the fastest growing medical consulting company in the Middle East, having helped hundreds of senior consultant doctors from various specialties and backgrounds advance their careers and lifestyle while contributing to the dynamic and growing healthcare sector in this progressive and dynamic region of the world.
The inspiration behind Allocation Assist Middle East
Emilie was working as a nurse in the UK’s National Health Service when she first had the idea to start the business, her healthcare background has provided valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities in the medical sector. Initially, Emilie sought to find a nursing role that would enable her to relocate to Dubai. She felt drawn towards Dubai from the moment she first visited, inspired by the positivity and vibrancy of the city driven by the vision and foresight of the UAE’s rulers. However, during her job search experience, Emilie recognised the need for high quality information and assistance for medical professionals seeking to relocate to the UAE, and this became the inspiration for Allocation Assist Middle East.
