I was promised that my refund would reflect in my bank account in 5-10 business days that was on the 09th of January but still i haven't received that refund. Sent an email to the support team and now it was a different story. I was told i need to review their services, only then they will process my refund. I am so disappointed and I am only doing this as its my last hope, i don't know for sure if i will ever get reimbursed.
