Repair service of over 25 years. Have been ordering from All Points since it was Consolidated. This is just the last 3 orders have been horrible and All Points has gotten worse. Order 1 packing a ceramic burner with no bubble wrap or anything to protect it and came in cracked, so customer wanted refund and purchased a new unit. Loss of revenue for me. Ordered 2 dials, one wrong and one correct for two thermostats, so had to go back with another loss. Ordered 3 BJWA thermostats over night shipping for a planned job. Parts never came, had to send pictures of proof of parts not shipped. Why is this my job? The last three orders have all been wrong or incomplete. All of these issues are causing my business a loss over and over. I asked for a reason and all I get was “sorry about that” Guess I will have to order more off Amazon since parts are shipped when supposed to be. Asked for a phone call from an executive several times with no avail. All Points does not care about their customers or if I buy from them.
