Called to inquire on a R/I Cooler evaporator last Friday (Feb16th) and the call center associate was having an issue with locating the part #. I Was told that they were going to have to call the manufacturer for the part number and lead time and cost and that they would get right back to me within the hour (I actually set her up with my Cell# and email. Never heard back from anyone of course until now to ask for my opinion. I Called another vendor and purchased from them and had no issues with the part number and the part arrived yesterday evening.
