I am extremely disappointed with AllRight.com. They use deceptive practices to withhold customer funds. I purchased a package of lessons, but after the subscription period ended, the school unilaterally zeroed out my paid balance and converted my real money into 'bonuses' without my consent.
Now they refuse to refund my money for the lessons that were never provided. Instead, they force me to make new purchases, claiming I can only use these 'bonuses' as a 25% discount on future payments. This is a clear violation of consumer rights and an attempt to force further spending.
Their support (Anastasia) cites internal policies and their Cyprus registration (Allright Limited) as an excuse to ignore fair trade laws and international payment system rules. If you don't want your money to simply disappear or be turned into useless 'credits', stay away from this school. I am now initiating a Chargeback through my U.S. bank and reporting them for unfair business practices!
