We Butternut Brown Lana Lace Mini Dress due to be delivered by DPD to Northcourt Post Office. We went to get it on the 12th with all id, wasn't there. Post Office were rude refused to give anything to say they didn't have it. No way to contact DPD initially, so contacted Allsaints, they said go back with ID, we told them we had been there with ID, reiterated the parcel wasn't there! I had to be direct and say your shipping partner your issue and I wasn't go to get in between them give me a full refund or give me the dress! Quoted Consumer Contract Regulation 2013. 14 days for refund! Eventually they agreed, they as a goodwill gesture will give us free next day delivery, we re ordered as before using Blue light, free next day code didn't work, they said we couldn't have free next day shipping due to Blue light, so no good will. They then said they would refund previous shipping as a good will gesture, which was free so no good will. This company is a comedy show. Still waiting for my £107.10 back that is expected as it takes 3 to 7 days as banks keep your money. Really is joke!
