When we decided to have an All Seasons Roof fitted to replace our old one we really did not know what to expect. Well, everything went really great from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was helpful, interested, patient and professional. The team of men that came to fit our rather large conservatory roof arrived on time and were very friendly, respectful and professional. They explained exactly what they were going to do and in what order. They protected a few large artificial plants, a sideboard and an armchair we had to leave in the conservatory. Because of its size the job took all day and to be honest we didn't want them to leave! The day had been a very lovely experience and nothing like we thought it might be. Before leaving they cleaned the carpet and any mess they had made. I was surprised that they had to actually cut the panels on site, but of course it made sense. There was a bit of fibre floating around when they were cutting but that was soon cleaned up without a trace at the finish. I really cannot recommend this Company enough. If you are thinking about it, don't wait, you will not regret it. We wanted our conservatory to be cooler in Summer and warmer in Winter. It definitely is cooler and we shall have to wait and see what it's like in the Winter but to be honest I trust what I have been told because everything we have been told up to now has been honest. It is a rare thing to have work done in your home and be fully satisfied with every aspect of the work but these guys really know what they are doing and fulfil their promise to their customers. Finally, I would like everyone to know that everything was explained to us in detail from start to finish and only when we were 100% happy with everything did we have to make the final payment. The conservatory looks like an additional (very large) room now, not an add on where we can see the sky through the roof!Thank you so much All Seasons Roof Company, take a bow.....you all did very well indeed!
