Horrific customer service. One server on bar watched us wait 15 minutes as he slowly made cocktails and orders for other people at bar and for waiters, then he said we should go to a table to wait for a server to get a drink, then immediately started serving other people over the bar. He is clearly overworked, but the unfairness still annoying.Also, on the lanes, one kid actually got a strike, then the computer reported that all the kids did for the rest of the round even though they didn’t.
