I contacted All Surrey Recovery to tow a van that will not start. This was all booked in for between 9-10am. When it got to around 11, I contacted them and they said there had been delays but there was a driver on the way.At 12, I contacted them again and I was told that the driver was around the corner and would be with me imminently.I then contacted again at 12:30 and I was told that they would check on it and call me back. This is then the response that I received for multiple phone calls up until around 14:00.After this, multiple calls were declined, and I could no longer contact them.I am not impressed with the service at all as, at no point was I advised of the extent of the delays and it was clearly not true that the driver was around the corner, or even on their way.It seems that All Surrey Recovery will book in collections that they can’t stick to and won’t even tell the customer this, instead just giving no information and declining calls.
