Criminals. Stay away!I called them for a jump-start service for my truck. They promised to arrive in 40 minutes but showed up after 2 hours — with a jumper designed for small cars, completely unsuitable for a truck.They failed to start the engine but still demanded £195. After an argument, they agreed that since they couldn’t do the job, I wouldn’t have to pay. They left.Later, I discovered that they had cut the fuel lines and damaged the brake system. This is serious sabotage — dangerous and criminal.I called them and said I’d report it to the police. Their response: “Call the FBI if you want, we don’t care.”This isn’t just poor service — this is a criminal offence.I’ve reported it to the police. I strongly urge everyone to stay away from this company. Don’t risk your vehicle, your money, or your safety.
