The good: turned up at the agreed time and took the car safely to the right place. The ugly: Told me it would cost £170 when I phoned to book, but after loading, the driver demanded £250 by cash or bank transfer. If I hadn't paid he said "he wasn't allowed to unload my car" and would take it to their car pound! Horrible experience!
