I have absolutely no problem with the service provided by All Surrey Recovery. They were quick to respond, the driver was polite and efficient.However, the driver wanted cash, £195+VAT = £234 to take the car 3 miles! My partner had agreed to this and we thought the driver was coming from Reigate about 20 miles away so the price seemed okay for a 50 mile round trip for a recovery vehicle.The problems started when I asked for a receipt, the driver said I would receive an invoice by email. No invoice arrived so a week later I phoned and was told I would get a phone call from the accounts department, no phone call in a week so phoned again and was asked to text details, did that but no invoice has been received. After many more phone calls both my partners and my numbers have been blocked.So now with no invoice our insurance company will not reimburse us the cost of the recovery and I am £234 out of pocket.
