Ordered some Mtb parts online, didn't hear anything for 10 days, sent an email and got a generic response so I rang up the shop and was told someone would be in contact with me that day...Nothing, so I cancelled my order and used chain reaction and the parts will be here in 2 days...You need to sort out your customer relations. And on my google review their response was pathetic, trying to cover their poor customer service.
