I did the Ashtanga Adjusting and Assists 50hr course with All Yoga Thailand back in 2016 and I still recall and utilise the teachings from this course 10 years later in my classes today. Investing in ongoing study after a 200hr RYT course is an investment in your skill set as a teacher, which makes you stand out from others and supports the students who come to your classes. Beyond the technical takeaways the daily morning practice, group vibes and laughs along the way were definitely core memories. Thanks All Yoga Thailand, it was rad!
