I placed an order, the order status shows 'Complete', click on the link to receive the activation key, have to agree to terms that there is no refund, then nothing shows up. Sent an email to support. Why do I have to go through all this trouble?Edit: Support replied a couple of hours later saying that it is redeemable and should show up. I checked and it is now showing up. Still a frustrating experience overall and I will avoid this store in the future.
