I asked for a withdrawal on November 4th and it’s now been over a week with nothing but the same copy-paste replies from support. I’m already verified, so there shouldn’t be any reason for it to be stuck this long. Every time I asked what the actual problem was, nobody could give me a straight answer or point to anything in their own rules that explains the delay.I eventually got told to send in a “formal complaint,” which doesn’t make me feel great considering I’m just trying to get the money I already won. The whole thing has felt way slower and more confusing than it should be.
