That way customers who have been wronged, like me, wouldn’t need to resort to having to delay their repayments! In my case, I wish to cancel my order and be refunded for payments made to date. However, the retailer isn’t playing ball at the moment. Strange that, seeing as they have already been fully paid by Alma, and I never received the goods I ordered, in this case a watch. Where’s the incentive to do the right thing by the customer? !!!
