I booked a flight from them, flight got cancelled by the airline and I requested a full refund. When I am submitting the review it has been more than 25days and still haven't got my refund. Every time I contacted them they reply with the same lame response "We are still waiting for the reply from concerned department" customer service very very bad bihaver
