Every time you have to talk to a new guy who happens to be a junior. And you have to explain him everything. It's like a customer care team & you are paying for talking to them. Juniors are not trained to speak well. They are not confident. And at the end of the call they say I will connect you with a senior next time. They do give some insights but becuase of the overall experience not very confident on implemnting the suggestions. They may be knowledgible & but dont come across as confident media buyers atleast the juniors
