Very unprofessional. before taking the plan you will see videos claiming 24hr support and all..but once you take the plan, support is zero. Only chat support is available which they respond at their will. Though the amount paid is 999 plus tax but still if you claim something ,stand by it or don't. Everything is learnt b experience only. My advice it may be OK for beginners only.
